I had two caregivers to take care of my elderly mother from the company.
The first was a Filipino named Elma who was with us for about 6 weeks. The fist few days she was ok but then her attitude changed without reason. I tried talking to her failing which I had agent Casey talk to her too but without success. I had no choice but to get a replacement. The second was from Indonesia named Khodijah. Thankfully Khodijah was way better and she knew how to win the heart of an elderly woman like my mum. Khodijah served my mum from end May 2019 to January 2021. Khodijah is a good cook too.

I have been searching, asking from some agency for my emergency request, very lucky that I can get supply during covid19 from Sand Caregivers Sdn bhd. The charges is worth it comparing with others caregiver supply companies. I not expecting I will get a good one, I just hope the caregiver is willing to work. Yes she is. She is keen to learn, to obey what I request. What can I say is she is good because of Sand Caregivers sdn bhd, the company has makes her to provide good service to clients. Carry on the company, to improve from time to time if necessary. Thank you so much during that time.
